The 2-year full-time PGDM NextGen Flagship Program brings management education closer to real business requirements. Case studies, live projects, internships, business simulations, corporate interactions, industry visits, management activities, and mentoring sessions form an important part of the learning experience.

Students can choose from areas such as Finance Management powered by SAP-FICO , Marketing Management powered by SAP-S&D, Global Finance powered by ACCA (UK), Operations Management powered by SAP-MM, Human Resource Management powered by SAP SuccessFactors, Business Analytics powered by HCLTech, Logistics & Supply Chain Management powered by SAP-MM, and Digital Marketing powered by Google. These specializations allow students to develop management knowledge while gaining exposure to professional tools, technologies, and practices used in the industry. 

The program also supports students who want to understand business from more than one perspective through dual specialization opportunities. Admission to the NextGen Flagship Program requires a minimum 60% score in CAT or XAT, along with at least 60% marks in Class 10, Class 12, and graduation. The program is intended for ambitious students who are prepared to take up a rigorous and industry-oriented management journey.
